Last Man Standing Rules

1. Participants are allowed two entries in the contest.

2. The pool starts with Week 1 and runs through the NFL playoffs and Super Bowl.

3. Each pool member chooses one NFL team each week they think will WIN their game outright (picks are made 'straight up', not using a point spread system).

4. Members are required to pick TWO teams in the following weeks (both teams must WIN to advance):

Week 7

5. NFL teams can only be picked once during the season and once during the playoffs.

6. If a game your picked team plays results in a tie, your pick will be incorrect, and your entry will be eliminated.

7. The final pick deadline each week is Sunday at 1 p.m. ET*. If you want to pick an earlier game, you will need to do so by kickoff of that game.

8. If a member does not enter a pick for a specific week, they will be automatically assigned the most minor available favorite from games starting after your pick deadline.

9. If a game is canceled, postponed to a future week, or otherwise not played (e.g., forfeited), members who picked the game will have their pick replaced with the most minor available favorite from games starting after your pick deadline. Members can change this pick if your pick deadline has yet to pass. NOTE: If a late game is canceled at the last minute, this may result in a pick being assigned from an earlier game that has already been completed.

11. To create a fair experience, I cannot see other picks as Admins before they are released to everyone, not to give myself any edge. You must select your pick on time, or the system will choose the highest underdog team.

12. Have fun, and remember you can pick the biggest favorite each week. Just don't let them get upset.

The team must win. A tie is considered a loss.

13. If there are two teams left and team 1 loses first, team 2 wins even if they lose as well
